How It Works:

Custody of Assets: Your investment account is opened and held directly with Interactive Brokers by themselves or with their affiliates, Please do your own research. All cash and securities remain in your name.

Discretionary Management: You authorize Prem Investment Advisory Services, Inc. (CRD #154860) to place trades and manage investments on your behalf through IBKR’s Advisor platform.

Fee Deduction: With your authorization, IBKR may deduct advisory fees from your account and remit them directly to us, based on the terms of our Advisory Agreement.

Account Reporting: You will receive official trade confirmations, quarterly account statements, and annual tax documents directly from IBKR. At request, we can also provide performance and financial reports.

Client Access: You will have your own login credentials to view your account anytime via IBKR’s secure online portal and mobile app.

Independence of IBKR: Interactive Brokers does not provide investment advice and does not monitor or evaluate our recommendations. Their role is strictly as a custodian and trade executor.
